Is there a free trial?
Yes. You create your account for free, with no card, and test the platform with your own data. You only pick a paid plan if oCRM is right for you.
Can I change my plan later?
Yes, you can upgrade or downgrade at any time from your account, and the difference is applied at the next billing. You can cancel anytime, with no penalties.
How do I pay for my subscription?
Payment is made online, by card, through a secure payment processor (Stripe). You receive an invoice for every payment, and the subscription renews automatically until you cancel.
Do EU businesses pay VAT on oCRM?
Invoices are issued from Romania by Addo Vision Solutions SRL. EU business customers with a valid EU VAT number are invoiced with 0% VAT under the reverse-charge mechanism; customers outside the EU are generally invoiced without Romanian VAT; Romanian customers are charged applicable VAT.
What happens to my data if I cancel?
Your data is yours: you can export it before closing your account. After cancellation, the account and its database are permanently deleted in line with the retention policy.
